PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER

Joey started with the company in 2006 as an office assistant/intern and he has continuously developed to become an important member of TJP’s engineering team.  As an intern Joey quickly learned CAD and moved into a drafting position.  By 2010, Joey had become a lead designer for several projects as he continued his engineering education.  When Joey graduated from San Diego State University, in 2014, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering he became a full time member of our engineering team.  In his many years with TJP, Joey has participated on a variety of zoo, aquarium, and marine mammal LSS projects from concept development through startup and completion. He is a registered professional engineer in the the following states: ID, IL, IN, LA, ME, MA, MN, MS, NY, OK, OR, WA, and WI.

When he isn’t working, Joey enjoys surfing, snowboarding, fishing, camping, and traveling.
