Will joined TJP as an engineering intern in 2023 and has been an Associate Engineer with the firm since he completed her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Oregon State University in 2024.

Will is a detail-oriented engineer with a strong foundation in engineering principles, project coordination, and technical problem-solving.  He works on several projects performing engineering tasks ranging from hydraulic and heat transfer analysis to selecting equipment and developing process diagrams.  Will collaborates closely with our engineering team and production staff to develop construction documents and technical reports.  He has quickly become an integral part of our team.

In his spare time, he continues to study for admission to Starfleet Academy.
