About Bob Richardson
Bob is a Senior Designer with TJP and has been with the firm since its inception in 2003. His primary focus is system design – integrating the LSS process piping and equipment into the appropriate spaces.
Bob works primarily with 3D modelling of the systems which is used to prepare plans and sections. He coordinates work with the engineering staff, designers, and drafters. He also interfaces with clients and project team members to coordinate the LSS work.
Bob has been designing piping systems for various disciplines of industry for over 36 years. He worked 4 years in pressure vessel design for the petro-chemical industry, 8 years in reverse osmosis systems, and for the last 24 years in life support systems for marine parks, zoos, and aquariums.
Some of the more memorable projects for Bob have been the Shedd Aquarium (Chicago), Marineland/Africa USA (Vallejo), the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Valencia Marine Park (Spain), the Genoa Aquarium (Italy), and all of the Sea World Parks.
In his spare time, Bob enjoys surfing, cycling and old cars.
