David is a project engineer with TJP and has
been working with TJP for 5 years. As a project engineer David
provides technical support for several projects and has been
responsible for developing process diagrams and equipment
schedules based on design criteria; researching current
technology for final equipment selections; coordinating with
other consultants on design teams from preliminary stages
through construction; and engineering calculations related to
temperature control and system hydraulics.
David also develops cost estimates and provides construction
administration services reviewing submittals and responding to
contractor RFIs.
David has been a key contributor to TJP’s work at Los Angeles
Zoo, San Diego Zoo, Kansas City Zoo, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo,
Monterey Bay Aquarium, New York Aquarium, and the Sea World
Parks.
David graduated from the University of Florida, Gainsville in
2003 with a Masters of Engineering in Coastal and Oceanographic
Engineering. He also has a Bachelor of Science in
Engineering Science from the University of Florida, Gainsville.
When not working, he enjoys travelling, surfing, wake boarding,
skate boarding, snow boarding, wilderness camping and offr
oading.
