Joey has been a drafter at TJP for over three years. Joey tends to be involved more with putting the individual 3D blocks together, such as setting up a specific filter block or some other equipment and then these components are used in the bigger overall system drawings.

Joey has been involved with many of the projects that we’ve worked on here at TJP.  Whereas some of the other senior drafters have specific projects that there working on at any given time, Joey usually get involved with almost all the projects that are going on in one way or another.

In addition to developing unit process blocks to support various projects, Joey performs a number of other drafting tasks including developing 2D sheets based on 3D models, labelling sheets, detail sheets, fabrication sheets, and overseeing plotting and trimming work.

Although his primary role is drafting, Joey also takes care of anything else that needs to be done around the office. This is everything from picking up and delivering plans to various architects that we work with, to keeping track of the office supplies.  He is the guy that will get whatever needs to be done, done.

Joey is also currently working on his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.  When he isn’t working or travelling, he loves to travel and surf.
